l= slant height = sqrt(h^2+(s/2)^2)
l = sqrt (24^2+ (14/2)^2) = sqrt(576+49) = 25

Total surface area = lateral area +base area =62+18 = 80in^2

Lateral area = (5+12+13)*14 = 420 cm^2

icosahedron

apothem = 20sqrt(3)
A = .5P*apothem , where P =perimeter
A = .5(6*40)(20sqrt(3)) = 2400sqrt(3) cm^2
A = approximately 4156.92 cm^2

A = bh/2, so h = 2A/b = 2*42/7 = 12 cm

A = .5 d1*d2 = .5*28*13 = 182ft^2
