...and whilst nicely banked-over on a right hander....

...a Baby Blade etc [CBR/VFR400] rips past on your inside, holding a tight line - his left hand indicating a reverse-facing middle finger.....

Do you...

1. Cog, cog, whaaa! And 'put the world back to rights'....[thinking - the cheeky barsteward!]

2. Swallow the insult.

Personally, I'd 'ride the edges of my rims' to correct this one!

I know I'm an "old timer" compared to many of you young sprouts, but I'd suggest you listen to the folks here preaching moderation. The sooner you realize there's always going to be someone better than you and for every winner, there's one or more losers, the better off you'll be. When you're young, ego overshadows common sense and is the cause of bar fights, vehicle accidents (and deaths), road rage, STUPID stunts which someone is sure to catch on video and young bucks fighting over women. Hey, if you have to fight for some chick, she ain't worth it! If you don't kill yourself first, eventually your common sense will win out and you'll realize that sooner or later, Mr. Finger is going to meet someone who rides much faster than he does. He'll either sneak home with his tail tucked between his legs or he'll be in the ditch with his neck and infamous finger broken.

I'd let it go, as I would never want to try to out ride another rider (especially if the rider happens to have more riding ability and experience) You never want to ride BEYOND your ability because that's when you can loose it big time, besides why step DOWN to the riders level of maturity, ride safe and ENJOY your own ride, not worry about what someone else is doing.

Well,I would be all over him like a rash on the next corner and seize the correct moment to hold him out on the brakes for the next corner, try and stuff it down his inside and force him wide, then produce the middle finger back to him.
Done this before and got the T shirt with a guy on a tlr 1000,lol

what you do is sell the 600, & buy a 250.. that way next time you will be lighter than him & can brake deeper into the turns & carry more corner speed... Ya see small bikes out perform bigger bikes in the twistys... other than that wait till the road straightens out & then you can blow past him...

its a case of horses for courses...

there is a chance that the bloke on the 400 is Valentino Rossie... & you aint never going to catch him...LMFAO

I'd like to say I'd let it pass but I know better. Giving me the finger would pretty much seal the deal. I wouldn't let up until I passed him or ran out of road.

Ignore him, I ride for me.
If another rider wishes to ride in a particular manner I let them I ride to my skills and know one else's, because I wish to get home in 1 piece and alive and smiling because I ENJOYED myself.
But hey if you felt inclined to let it get to you than do what you need to do.

Just forget about it. Someone has to be the adult. Enjoy the CBR600.
