yes you can..but you can have trouble renewing your passport if you haven't paid child support or other obligations to the government.

Since 9/11 the INS is now part of Homeland Security and it is much more difficult to obtain a passport. Suggest you find a post office in your area that issues passports and ask to speak to the person who deals with same. Try using your favorite search engine type in"passport" and you should be able to find the .gov site . Good Luck !!!! And thats "felonies" and "record"

As long as you have already served your time and have no outstanding arrest warrants, should be yes. In most states you would also be able to vote if those conditions were met.
