Desserts. My sweet tooth is my downfall. I generally like heatlthy things, but I then I want a donut or a slice of cake or ice cream or a candy bar and I can't have just one bite! However, I don't eat a lot of red meat, but if I'm low on iron my body will tell me by craving steaks and lamb chops, and hamburgers. But I love vegetables, fish, and cheese.

hmm i get a lot of cravings and don't really have any food biases but i think usually i'll find myself thinking about sushi, taco bell, pepsi, red wine, macaroni and cheese, and vanilla ice cream with marshmallow whipped topping. on the healthier end though it's usually baby spinach salad with balasmic vinagrette and a sliced red bell pepper, or tomato soup (which is GREAT for breakfast after a night of drinking)
