What you think about you bring about, if you believe something, people will see it and treat you that way. So break loose and think something else unless if you want to have mental problems.

By asking that, it probably means somebody at one time has criticized your thoughts or even actions which has made you start wondering if there might be something wrong with your noggin. I would say if you're good at anything you do, you're probably fine, but by your wording Its hard to tell what kind of problem you're even speaking of.
