If you mean RAM, then right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
If you mean your hard disk, right-click on the Start button and select Explore.
Right click on ( C:\ ) and select Properties.
If you need more RAM, the easiest way for you is to record the make, model number and any other information you can find on it and stop by your nearest Best Buy. Let one of the people behind the service desk pick out compatible RAM for your computer. If you don't feel comfortable installing it yourself, just bring your computer and let them do it. If you feel adventurous, do it yourself.

Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ System Tools/ Systen Info
If you are thinking about adding memory, a real good website for that is crucial.com. They can scan your PC and tell what it needs. The prices are good, too.
