Time still passes by normally, each second at a time. We tend not to pay attention to our surroundings when we are laughing; so yes it would SEEM that time passes by to quickly; but in actuality a second is a second.

Yes, I agree with you. But I think that the people all around the world laughing more less than the past because wars, terrorism and poverty are more than the past. My pessimism.
