either the thermostat has went bad or the defrost system isnt working...should have a timed defrost which causes the system to pump down and then it has electric heater which warms the coils to melt off any ice...after a preset time the timer restarts the system then the thermostat controls how cold it should get...

If the inside of the cooler is freezing up could the thermostat be set too low?
If you are talking about the lines going to the compressor, then it is low on freon and there is a leak somewhere. get that fixed before it damages your compressor and burns it up. good luck.

Probably low on freon... Also High outside temperatures can cause condinsation on the inside of cooler, thus causing it to freeze... Another thing to check is the drain plug on the unit... If it clogs up the unit it can not work in the defrost mode...

stop walking inside it so much... moisture from the air is getting in it and it is freezing.. Just kidding........ but really.. it probably needs to be serviced. It should not be doing that.

Most likely the seal on the door isn't sealing properly. Either way it's getting air inside which is what is causing it.
