2003 Chevrolet Suburban LT 4x4 engine codes C0300 and P0154?

Question

I have the following engine codes C0300 and P0154. I was told the C0300 was the Rear Speed Sensor Malfunction and the P0154 was the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1. Can anyone tell me how to replace both of these problems and where they are located. Also do I need to reset the engine light once they are repaired or will it reset once the problems are fixed.

there are four heated O2 sensors located in various positions on the exhoust system first you nead to have it run on a "tech" diagnostic scanner to determin which one is malfuctioning and the rear speed sensor is located on the tailshaft of the transfer case

I would check with my local chevy dealership first.The will tell you if these parts are still covered under the factory warrenty.Hope this helps.
