Maybe so... I find it hard to believe that he can step back into the business world and all is ok... he remembered his life with Sharon and was conniving enough to schedule Cassie's event for when Jack was out of town...I feel bad for Phyliss, she's trying so hard... he remembers what he wants to remember!

Good theory.....I never even thought about Nick's memory loss as being fake. I am only going by the way he acted in the cabin with Logan after she saved him.
But why would he fake it....he was really happy with Phyllis. My whole problem with this story line is how much Sharon is enjoying all the attention she's been getting from Nick. She's loving that they have this "remember when thing" flirting going on that Phyllis has no part in and Jack don't know anything about, YET !!!!

I don't think so, but I think that's coming next. Soap operas generally let us in on the secrets; it's never a mystery.
