The memories it BRINGS me. This is how you can tell.. move the sentence around a bit: It brings me the memories. It is the subject, and it's singular, so you need to use "brings."

If the subject is plural, that changes things. Watch:

The memories bring me back to when I was in college. This time, the subject is plural--the memories. Memories bring you back.

"the memories it BRINGS me" is correct. because "it" is singular "bring" needs to be plural. if it was "the memories THEY..." it would be BRINGS.
