Well, I think we could live without knowing there were 24 hours in a day, but if the sun didn't come up and then set at a fixed time or if we couldn't tell the difference of one day melting into another I think we'd all be very disoriented, you know? Like, when you're depressed one day and it feels like forever it's good to know it was really just a day, and then when you wake up the next morning it'll be a whole new day. "There's always tomorrow" sounds a whole lot better than "there's always later on.. in some unknown time in the future" Our perceptions of time are constantly changing, so of course we need something fixed, like a 60 ticks of the secont hand in a minute.

Time is integral to the state of matter. It is the rate with which all things change - in time. We are able to sense the passing of time only relatively. We see things develop, grow, alter, rust and decay, and we say that time is passing. Our sense of time is dependant upon the physical changes that we observe in our own body and in things around us. The fact of the matter, however, is that time is universally applicable on all things, and all things change at the same speed, only appearance change differently. This is because at an atomic and sub-atomic level changes take place at a universally constant rate, but due to hectic nature of elements in nature this change is manifested various for each element.

Time is a dimension along which things flow when they change. And just the way we need east and west to have sense of north and south, upward to understand downward, in order to see time objectively we need to, at least imaginatively, step out side the time-space framework of the universe. Then we might be able to see time form a constant point of view, a view point that would not change or alter in time. it would be like sitting in a vehicle and looking at the wheel turning and causing the vehicle to move forward.

The time is 15:54...I'm at work and watching the clock. I think the time is ok but I will be much happier at 18:00 when my shift ends & I can head home & not have to be back to work for three whole weeks! Woo-hoo!!!

I don't like it. I wear a watch for all the practical reasons of wearing one however, I never try to watch time pass and think about the minutes I have lost and I hate wasting time.

I think its a sign of my life ticking away and that moment is now in the past.

So often I catch myself on thinking about time: sometimes begging it to pass quicker, sometimes dreaming of making it to stop for a moment. And in any case in couple moments afterwards I thank God that time doesn't "listen" to me, and it never changes it's flow. Time is wise. That what I think about it.

Jay suddenly grabs the kid by the throat, throwing him against the wall.

B***h, don't you NEVER say an unkind word about The Time! Me and Silent Bob modeled our whole f**king lives after Morris Day and Jerome! I'm a smooth pimp who loves the p***y, and Tubby here's my black manservant!

Time! You should not let time control your life, I use it all the "time" interviews, meetings, appointments etc. I WILL be there when I'm ready, truly never done me any harm, it shows I'm in charge. realistically time and tide wait for no man!! stop watching the clock!! or, you have another *****billions of seconds to go before you "EXPIRE". good luck.

Time is a human conception and doesnt exist outside of our species. without humankind the world would still turn and nothing would worry about what day, hour or year it might be.
