Are bloodworms good for a res? If they are... how often should i feed them to my 2 turtles?

They are good for them, but it shouldn't be the only source of food. For example veggies, fruit, live food (guppies, goldfish, bloodworms, etc.). The fish give the turtles exercise which is good.
How often you feed your turtles depends on the size of your turtles. If they are small or about a year to 2 years I'd feed them every 1-2 days. If they are older I'd feed them every 3-5days (depending on what your feeding them)

You should feed them a variety of foods- insects, earthworms, small fish, and occasional pellets. They may also eat some aquatic plant matter.
You should really get some good turtle care books.

yes they are they are full of protin and about 3 feed to your turtle a day

As far as I know they are fine. I would just give them to your turts as a once in a while treat. I give my turts freeze dried shrimp in this same manner, as an occasional treat and they get their normal foods on a regular basis.
