human is to err. BIG B has erred. and he should be brave to accept it, appologise. his claim to be a farmer is absurd. any judge shielding him also be punished.

No not at all. Bcoz having an idea to purchase and hold a land is not an offence and whether if it is permissable under prevailing law or not is the decision totally left to the Court of Law, not the public.
