I am. The room has to be pitch black, no light at all.
The door has to be shut and all the lights in the house have to be off. If I know that the lights are on, I can't sleep.

The darker the better. And a good fan is best to have. And I have to have a pillow for my knees. But otherwise no I am not to picky.

I prefer my night light to be on. Must be quiet. Gets on my nerve if I hear stray dogs barking.
