Actually I like him where he is now. He has been put in charge of the leadership committee of the DNC. He has a very high ranking position in the party and can hopefully change the dynamic of the dems away from the fringe that seems to be in charge now. I wish he was in the running though, I would be supporting him 100%, but since he is not I will probably vote the rep this time around.

An identity is one project yet what the hot rules are requiring is a photograph identity. There are an expected 25% of the U. S. inhabitants that have not have been given a photograph identity. you will get carry of a photograph identity at any state DMV workplace however the cost is from $8 to $25. Now in case you will require a photograph identity to vote, and if as a manner to get carry of that photograph identity you will cost a cost, then it extremely is in violation of federal election rules for the reason that that could desire to symbolize a ballot tax. Make photograph IDs accessible free of cost to all people who desires one and that's a distinctive tale.

I expect Ford will be running for the Senate against Lamar Alexander. Despite his work with the DLC, he does not appear to be interested in running for President this time. As he is not running, he will not be nominated as most of the primary states limit delegates to those who have filed and "uncommitted" (and most voters are reluctant to vote for uncommitted).

I agree that his heart does seem to be in the right place and he has very progressive ideas. He is from Memphis and the big drawback is his crazy family. He has a crazy uncle that is the most corrupt individual in politics that I have ever seen. That would probably work against him.

Supposedly, "we the people" nominate thru the primary process. Your congressman Ford must join the fray by announcing his candidacy.

Don't expect them to do anything smart. All I can say is Demcrats seem to be somewhat better than Bush and his GOP. Never heard of Ford.
