"Dementia 13" is a good one. I like "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things". Weird title, weird movie: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children_Shouldn't_Play_with_Dead_Things

Happy/weird movie viewing to you! :-)

God, I watch so much horror eurotrash. Okay, guys; just because whatever I said that I like doesn't mean you'd like it either. Here's my list of favourite, not really-well-known films (starting from preference): "Warlock "(1989) "Lust of a Vampire" (1971) "Twins of Evil" (1971) Both of these movies above are EPIC hammer horror films. They have very 3 dimensional characterisation, very creative plots for a company with a target audience of pubescent teenagers of the 70s that get turned on by then controversial shoots of cleavage and violence. Strikingly, there's an amazing amount of drama and 'feeling' for it, which is why I reccomend it as a starter for watching Hammer Horror. "In the Company of Wolves" (the director was obviously high in making this but whatever! It's different and I like it!) "Curse of a Werewolf" (1961). That's another hammer horror classic. "Summer of Fear" (1978). Best witchcraft flick I ever saw. And the only one where traditional superstitions were actually shown as well as having the witch as the villain. "Walpurgis Night (aka the Werewolf vs. The Vampire Women)" (really, really shoddy spanish indie flick. But addictive). And the well known: Scream Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare. The Thing (Don't really know how it goes, I tried watching it halfway through and was so icked I nearly swore off meat for weeks). American Werewolf in London (should've been made as a broadway classic--it's more enthralling than the phantom of the opera for chrissakes). The Evil Dead II Pan's Labyrinth The Devil's Backbone Pitch Black Disturbing Behaviour (every Stepford Wife fan has to watch this---it's a take where instead of robot wives, the pillars and grown-ups of the town are killing off their 'problem' kids and replacing them with androids).

You must be a youngster! My favorite was a classic B picture from the '50's called "It -- The Terror From Beyond Space!" If you're into black and white classics (and all the classic B pictures were B&W in the 50's and 60's) this is the best of the bunch. I think it's what inspired the "Alien" series of movies. They're considered classics now, which just goes to show you that a classic plot never goes out of style!
