Do weddings lose something without having a religious part to them?

I am not specifiying which religion or saying everyone should believe in something....I am simply asking if you guys think/feel something is missing from a wedding when it does not involve any type of religion

I feel that you don't necessarily lose something but you don't gain the Spiritual Blessing that would come with a Religious ceremony.

No it doesn't.
Can always get married by the justice of the peace.
