What does this mean? How is it linked to Iraq?
The senate just passed a bill giving students and families billions in new aid, and it's lenders. Kennedy is especially proud of this higher education bill, it's because he says he knows thousands of kids in Massachusetts miss out on college every year because they can't afford it. And many of those who go, rack up so much debt they can't pursue public service careers with modest salaries.
And Kennedy says it's the military families in Massachusetts he thinks about when he votes to bring troops home.
It is," said Kennedy. "Well, it's a very powerful issue. People feel very strongly. It's the issue of life and death for these families."http://wbztv.com/local/local_story_201221338.html

Senator John Kerry successfully attached an amendment to the Homeland Security Appropriations Bill last night that will hold the Transportation Security Administration

Kerry's amendment has been endorsed by Citizens Against Government Waste and the Professional Services Council, the principal trade association representing federal contractors.

Democrats? They still alive? I thought they went extinct when the Bush Administration came in! Thought Dick shot them all when he invited them over for dinner on his farm.

Now back to your question about decoding there is a code in the middle of the CIA building and if you can decode it then you know what the democrats are thinking. Lucky for you I decoded it and it told me the democrats agenda to "procreate". Just ask Bill Clinton he'll fill you in on it!

The worst case example of talking and saying nothing was Jimmy Carter when he was running for President the first time. I remember it well. A reporter would ask a question. Mr. Carter would talk for a few minutes. The reporter would ask for a clarification and Carter would say "I cannot make it any plainer than that." He would go on to talk for a few minutes and no one ever understood what he was saying.
