To get at least a 25K job should I learn Linux or prepare a M$ certification? I am giving myself at least 1 year.

I have about 10 years of PC experience but never got any certification.

If you have that much PC experience, you should go with what you know. Start with jobs that are directly related to your experience. It always helps to learn other skills, but leverage what you have. It might be that you have complimentary skills. Think about other industries that can use your skills too.
