I was about to ask you what an updoc was before I got the joke. I wonder many others will fall for that one.

I think you meant "updo"..so.....take your bottle of conditioner, put your head under the tub faucet (you want a good steady strong flow of water)and wet your hair. Put only the conditioner on to release any hairspray and work through hair gently, this should untangle your hair, thus allowing you to shampoo your hair and POOF, the up do is gone.
