How do I use a Dell printer with a MacBook Pro?

I am the only one in my home with a Mac. Everyone's connected to this Dell printer with all of these amazing capabilities. I read that Dell's aren't compatible with Macs but there is something I can do. Any suggestions?

Unless you can find some Mac drivers for the prnter, then NO you cannot print to it.

If it were a laser, you could try a generic PS driver, but for inkjets you need the CORRECT drivers

go to dell.com and see if they have downloadable drivers for mac, then you can use the printer.
