How Can i Describe Foster Care For Children?

This is what it is suppose to be and sometimes it is. I myself think that the majority of time it in motivated by money. Foster parents rarely adopt the children it is only a temporary housing for these children.

I was a foster care parent. I worked with sexually abused children and it was quite rewarding, heart breaking and emotional to see what abuse has done to them. I myself was a foster child until I was adopted. I was adopted into a wonderful family and feel very blessed. Foster care is giving of oneself to those children in need. Teaching, providing Love, Understanding, Compassion and encouragement. I even kept a photo album of their stay for them to have when they left. Foster Caring is a gift
from every part of your being. Yes every child was welcome with no discrimination, on my behalf. While in my home they were my children to raise, even though they belonged to someone else.
