In the trade we use a pressure bleeder,This screws on top of
the master cylinder and pumps a few pounds pressure on the fluid, Then you open the back bleeder till clear of air,Then do the front too, You can get a cheep diy one at Halfords.

Firstly, with the front wheels off,see to it that the brake pads are free to move on the pins, and if they are free, remove them one at a time and ensure the calipher pistons are free Note one at a time If ok check the rear self adjusters are staying on the ratchet. This means adjust a small bit at a time until the drums slide on.Next slacken the pipes on the master cyllinder only slightly and watch.you may see air bubbles coming through so wait til you think its clear, making sure of course to keep the master cyl full.when you bleed the system use a tube and bottle, making sure the bottle is at least one eighth full, start with the closest to the master cyl and bleed brakes until no air is blowing back into the bottle. If this fails was it a new master cyl etc All the best

You still have air in the system . Start furtherest from the master cyl, open each bleeder and let gravity push the fluid out until it runs clear, then bleed as normal but before this bleed the master cyl on the brake pipe union

is it using fluid, could be the piston seals, check the discs for any buckles or warps and thickness, was there a lip round the back drum, if so correct adjustment wont be achieved till this is removed, there will also be a block where all the pipes meet these can get blocked if a flexi hose or seal is breaking down, i take it you checked the flexis, you could try blanking each wheel off in turn and bleeding the brakes to see which one looses pressure, laboursome but productive,g,luck

the only thing left to look for now is a split brake pipe or loose union because failing all you have tried there must be a leak.

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it?
ADDED:
Re-bleed the entire system.
