Can be many things, have you tried fresh ream of paper ? Also try turning paper other way over, all paper has a frint ad back.

If it's not this, also check paper path for pieces of paper / paperclips etc.

Nothing obvious, call an expert, might need rollers replaced . . .

I agree with Colin m,I had the same problem with mine and when i went exploring inside it i found a small stray dog,how about that,I think that he caused the paper to jam just so I'd find him and take him home and love and feed him and take him on long walks along the river bank where we would run and swim together, then go home and eat our dinners then have a little nap in the afternoon before sitting in the garden and watching the sun go down,Oh those were the days, but sadly he's gone now , one day when i woke up he was gone, all that was left was his collar and a little note written in doggy language which he had taught me previously of course.Well you didn't think that anyone can just understand it did you?
Anyway,as i was saying the note read,"I'm sorry to have to leave, especially after all the good times we've had together but this morning while you were sleeping peacefully in your bed there was a knock on the door and i answered it,and it was a photocopier salesman so i asked him if he had any room inside one of his photocopiers and he said yes,I just longed for the old days , wandering aimlessly through my own photocopier so i am leaving now,I'm sure you'll find another dog to love ,goodbye old friend goodbye"
Life hasn't been the same since and this last few years I've learnt to cope with it until you bring it all back with this question,so if you open it up and you find a small dog in there ,would you take pity on me and send it to me at,

Thank you for reading this as I had to get one of the sane people to smuggle it out inside his jam rolly polly.

It's possible that when it first jammed & you removed the jammed paper it left a tiny bit behind that's still causing problems. I'd be inclined to unplug it, take off/open every cover you can and explore, often a small torch comes in handy. With a bit of luck you'll spot whatever's in the paper route that's causing it - be careful removing it. While you're in there, it's be handy to clean the rollers etc. I find meths good for this.

Having ruled this out, it could be that the paper is damp, or curled.

The paper is damp and curled. Try using it the other way up. If it still jams, get some new paper.
