Well I am going to go out on a limb and say it probably wont be a sovereign independant country, but rather an American territory.

So Guam, American Samoa, or the US Virgin Islands.

Cuba. When Castro goes and all of the elite in Miami, New York and other places go back there, they will probably want to keep the benefits of being a part of the USA.

US Virgin Islands, they are english speaking, have a tiny population and do not have independence movements or any nationalist movement.
