Because people should be treated equally, but not all people are artistic masterpieces, and statues don't scratch their crotch & smell their fingers. They just don't.
Aside from that, in Illinois at least, it's legal to be naked outside as long as it's not with the intent of inciting sexual arousal of yourself or others.

I do go naked outdoors as often as possible I see nothing wrong with being nude its how we were created The human body is beautiful why have clothing

Humans don't have nearly as much style and class as statues. We would have to do something to make the beautiful body become ugly.
