The color changes because of body temp. Sorry, the ring can not tell your mood.

Yes, they do change color based on temperature. No, nothing to do with your mood though.

I have actually seen one. Don't know about mood having any affect, but they do change colour.

I think they look really cool, but I know they don't work. Whenever I'm super happy, the ring is usually black or grey, which supposedly means I'm stressed out.

Somewhat. They change color with the tempurature you, or your surroundings are. I went outside once when it was 23 degrees and it turned black. (black=afraid)
I suppose with different moods your skin tempurature changes. :)
