Y!A creates a fourth section under every category called "violations" and members of Y!A could vote if questions/answers were in violation with the Codes Rules blah blah blah. BUT, the catch is that you must be at least level 4 to be able to vote. And they could give, say 3 points for every vote.

That is a very good idea.
Something has to be done.
P&S is not as fun anymore.
Because of these crazy violations.
You can lead the charge I'll follow.

Yeah. I like that. Could we restore any questions or answers that we felt weren't really violations?
One of the biggest problems on YA is that one complaint is enough to give a violation, and nobody reads them. Just one person who doesn't like you is enough to get you punished.
This is a really good idea.
