Whats it called when you have a picture of a girl/boy and u can dress them in different outfits, by clicking on the clothes and dressing them? Also are there any websites that relate to this which I can go on?

Then you can use that picture on your profile here as you will see that many of us have. You can also acess this by going into you own profile and selecting 'Use my Yahoo avatar' - where it wants you to choose a picture, then going to 'Edit my Yahoo avatar'.

Do you mean avatars that you can create and dress them up and come in 2d and 3d i think that's what you mean.
