When two or more molecules of the same compound join together through hydrogen bonds it can only change either the bond angle or physical state of the compound but, not its chemical properties or name etc.Therefore, the compound's name will remain same.

It's not a new compound - you just call it a dimer. That is, two molecules joined together.

Are you refering to the following: (CO2H)CH2(CO2H)?
In that case the compound is malonic acid.
