Grow old with grace, don't dye hair. Your face and skin gives away age anyways so why bother.
It's way sexier just to accept your age, dying grey hair seems sort of desperate like you're scared to be old.

It can be sexy, but I would say dye it if you're still on the younger side (30's - 50's)..
