Hehehe, I have kids that age. The easiest way to address this is to say "It's a sign of affection for grown-ups, like hugging" and if you feel the need to emphasize that it's for ADULTS then go head, but she'll get the concept with out having to go into procreation and all that mess :)

Well she watches this on practically every Disney movie, so tell her it's because the boy loves the girl.
It doesn't have to be that specific in a 4 year old's mind.

I'm sorry, but I'd tell her that boys and girls her age shouldn't kiss and leave it at that. If a kid is not old enough for the truth, wait until they are instead of sugarcoating or lying.
