looks like to me you went over the 1000 character limit....
to get the whole thing up you need to post it all then cut and past in 1000 character blocks and put it in as additional info

This is formulaic in its presentation. It has been done so many times before.
A person has a secret document that he can't show anyone because it might get him in trouble. (Coincidentally showing it would also allow us to scrutinize the document for validity.) Since he can't show us its contents he can tell us what's in it. So we just have to trust him. Yeah, right.
This has been done so many times in the past. (Remember McCarthy?) It's a political move employed to create doubt and dissent. Congratulations for eating it up sucker.
