YES and NO......... Yes because he hasn't as "YOU asked" stated above, he hasn't left semen stains in the White House. In fact he hasn't had it up for his old lady since he took office. (I guess he keeps it between him and Barney down on the farm.)
And No......... there is no honor in misleading and lying to the American public to get them to follow the beat of the drums. No honor in giving criminals amnesty when they have been convicted. No honor in standing 5,000 miles from a battle and saying, "Bring it on!". No honor in running and hiding from an attack on the country you are supposed to be the leader of when everyone else is running to help those who are dead or dying. No honor in using others to do your killing, that you didn't have the guts to do when it was your turn in the barrel. No honor in manipulating the economy in certain areas of the country in an effort to force young people to throw themselves into the meat grinder in desperation to feed themselves. No honor in attempting to destroy old peoples life support by taking away the social security. No honor in causing a war that has killed hundreds of thousands to help your oil buddies get a bigger share of the "market". (When Saddam had the oil, regular gas was $1.39 a gallon. Now it is $2.89 a gallon.)
No honor in allowing the worlds environment to be poisoned to save your friends a few billion dollars by letting them dump toxic waste in our oceans.
So Bush has done part of it right. He hasn't had sex while in the White House.

Oh gawd...quite the opposite! Bush has filled the White House with vile and contempt for the American people. He has filled it's halls with lies and deceitfulness...they should paint the building black, burn it and rebuild after he leaves office. If you showed those two words to Bush, decency and honor, I am most sure he would vomit.

Yes if you mean those who were brought back from the war wrapped in a shroud of the American flag.
Other than that...NO.

Ha. Of course not. But neither did Clinton. Neither did Bush Sr., or Reagan, or Carter, etc, etc. There's nothing decent or honorable about modern politics.

If you had to ask this, you must not know anything about politics.
Turn on the news and watch the alberto gonzales testimony. His whole staff is in trouble for lying repeatedly, which is what clinton was impeached for. Bush and Cheney and Snow have also been caught lying. I hardly call that decency or honor.

OMG ROFL....I'm laughing so hard I have tears .. I can't even answer.... Funny...
Added: ..yes, to our knowledge he has not left semen stains just a black stain in the name of this country and pee stains on the Constitution ..Even worse, he has blood stains, a lot of blood left in his wake...
He has NOT kept his vow to uphold the Constitution..that is far worse, far, far worse kind of infidelity! Besides, I don't know what goes on in his bedroom, in his marriage, it's not my business..it is my business that he is destroying the Constitution taking away my rights and breaking laws left and right. I am NOT safer, not at all..stop swallowing and mindlessly repeating crap you are fed and I plead that we all be responsible citizens and educate ourselves...if we do that and see things logically with distance and no party blinders, you will make responsible voting decisions and statements based on evidence and hence truth.

No - quite the opposite. Bush has brought indecent greed and lust for power to the White House, and he has dishonored the Presidency and the country in the process.

The "he contracted that to Halliburton" is a good answer, I agree with that one :-)
The question historians will answer in decades from now when this won't be much policitized will be to analyze the actual damage.
He has a strong habit of nominating loyalist to him in key positions without any considerations to their actual integrity to the position in question or their qualifications.
