Not knowing the state or country makes it a guess. In the United States in California the motorcycle endorsement is placed on the front of your drivers license. It may well be a separate license in other states or countries. In any case the government agency (i.e. the Department of Motor Vehicles) that oversees and issues that license can, I'm sure, provide the number from their records with you name, address and if applicable social security number.

either ask a cop nicely to run it by name and get it, or go to DMV and have them do it for a couple of bucks.
