Need more information for accurate pricing, what is the rest of the quality of finishing materials even type of roofing, standard or architectural asphalt, metal, siding vinyl or concrete or wood, where is is being built, type of heating whether it be gas, oil or geothermal, too many variables at present but for ball park assuming marble and if you are in an area that has cold winters you will want in floor heating, therefore putting this is in the high end market and I would budget a minimum of $200 to $275 per sq ft especially if you are in an area subject to extreme seasonal fluctuations. Also no mention of extras like swimming pool, basements, garages etc which would have to be factored in. Also make sure you know proper care for type of marble as well as watch for kids etc esp dropping items like in kitchen or dining rooms that can damage the floor severely and give you expensive repairs if an exact match to repair it can be found.

The price per sq ft depends on the builder and the area in which the house will be built. Varies from one neighborhood to the other even if you own the lot. From State to State, the price will fluctuate tremendously.
