Actually, yes, you can but you need to use the Save As feature in Powerpoint to save your show into a WMV format to be compatible with YouTube.
I wasn't certain so I consulted the Help files available on YouTube, and other sites, to find out what file formats are compatible. There is similar Help available in PowerPoint.

You Shouild try windows movie maker, Powerpoint is made to make slideshows its not really designed for videos.!
and also the format of powerpoint wont be right... unless you download a video converter but even that may not even find that type file

I don't believe you can, b/c PowerPoint does not allow you to export the file to a file format that is supported by YouTube. That being said, I have no idea for certain.

Powerpoint make slide shows, not video, so not directly, you could make a slideshow then convert with something else to a video if you were desperate
