I have female swordtail in 2.5 gallon tank. Im lookint to add about 3 or 4 neon tetras in the tank, will they show aggresion towards the swordtail?
I don't care if people say its too small to accomodate these fish. I have seen worse..

Last time I checked neon tetras are peaceful. Check the link to verify compatability. I say that your swordtail will be fine.

i have 4 neon tetras in my tank i find them to be the better of the tetras...they dont show any aggression to my other fish they just seem to run if another fish come around them like a lil scaredy cat they are. i dont think you will have a problem with those they are the better ones.but i also have other tetras and they seem to be the aggressive ones...mine all live happy with my bleeding hearts

Who cares if they would fight? The cramped conditions and poor water quality will probably kill the first anyway. Just because you have seen worse doesn't make it right. If you don't care find a new hobby where not caring won't kill animals.

I don't think so. I think the swordtail would show aggression because she's bigger and she thinks it's her home now and no one else can come in.

yes, because of the lack of space!! you could probably put 2 in with the swordtail

It will probably be the other way around. I would be more concerned about the neons getting picked on.
