This was already made and King Kong won. They explained it as King Kong being smarter and he thinks about plans of attack while Godzilla just reacts.

It depends on which version you're watching. In the version released in the US, Kong won the battle. In the original Japanese release, Godzilla won.

Godzilla should win because he has better abilities: atomic breath, nuclear pulse, enhanced regeneration, spiral fire ray, magnetic manipulation and he can fly.
