No to both. The former is surprising for most because I'm from Wisconsin. No, WI isn't completely farm fields and not everyone lives on a farm. I wouldn't tip a cow any amount of money, anyway. I only am in proximity with them when I'm eating a hamburger, and that would be like tipping myself.
