I inserted a videoCD in CD ROM.It is caught in CD ROM and I can not it.Is there any procedure for removing VCD without opening case of computer

a tiny hole at the side of the drawer put a pin in or start,my computer click on the drive you need to open and the open.

Depending on the age of your computer. there used to be a very small hole somewhere near the in/eject button. We used to open a paperclip and gently (underline gently) poke in there to release the CD. I used to use a firm toothpick. See if you can gently pull on the tray at the same time.

If this doesn't work, I'm afraid you will have to take it in to a tech.

Besides ripping the front off of the rom, no. You will have to take it out and remove the casing from the drive then you can remove the dic.

there should be a tiny little hole in front of the CD drive. You can get a paper clip and put it in there and it should open the drive in order to get the CD out.

yup paper clip and a small hole like the other people said. this unlocks the CD tray and allows you to gently pull the tray out to recover you CD/DVD
