computer states cannot find server, anyone help, thank you..?

It means you are not connected to the internet. If using a router unplug the power for a few seconds, then reconnect it if there was a storm recently it could have gone out and now will reset (had to do that this morning) If you have a modem do the same. If that fails call your internet supplier and have them ping you system

If you do have internet access, you may have to change some of your settings in order to access the internet.
