Should other involved parties take some blame too? Sad situation so much funds spent by NASA on astronaut training for sake of breaking frontiers.

EDIT::
Clarification--'other involved parties' means the other human lovers, not agencies and the govt. I m from South East Asia, having only 80% of the
news and earnestly desire the right person with precise answer to fill in the remaining 20%.

She was transferred t oanother part of the Service. She will NEVER be able to be an Astronaut again because of her behavior and reaction to the situation she foudn herslef in. Can you imagine if she was in space and found herself next to someone she decided she didn't like? She has also probably caused NASA to conduct personality evaluations on an ongoing basis now. Something alot of people think should have been done all along!

it extremely is a woman who's a danger to others and is walking the streets. She replaced into going to harm if no longer kill yet another human and isn't any longer in penitentiary. that's extremely wonderful. Paris Hilton has on no account harm all people and human beings are smitten via seeing her in penitentiary. Why no longer make Paris pay a huge advantageous interior the way of money to a womans middle and positioned Lisa Novak in Paris Hiltons cellular.

Sad, but, as a professional, she, like everybody else in the program, is expected to carry herself to a higher set of personal discipline standards than the more vulgar likes of you and me.

Remember, for every one of her, there are literally hundreds standing in line behind her, with impeccable credentials, that didn't get picked. And, if you've been following the news (which I doubt), you would already know that her male counterpart was already dismissed as well.

So, quit trying to drag the whole rest of the country into the "blame-game" mess she was so uniquely instrumental in bringing upon herself.

Any one breaking the rules should be let go, all the training is to insure the Shuttle and other people on the mission.
If one person screws up, this could cost the lives of every one on board the shuttle, not to mention the billions of dollars the tax payers would loose, just because of one person not following the rules.

She's a psycho. It's a shame that so much money was spent on evaluations to weed out this sort of thing only to be wrong.

Dude, she rode over 800 miles in a diaper just so she could threaten another astronaut because they were fighting over another married astronaut.

What kind of freaks are they letting in this program.

I think there are boundaries to monkey business. She crossed the line. She had a breakdown in personal responsibility and integrity. She should seek employment in the developing private sector space business. She should take the blame for her behavior. Your reputation is everything. That's what my Dad always told me. Unfortunately, she injured herself.

How is someone else responsible? Novak (allegedly) did some really bizarre things. She was (and is) an adult.

That's not to say that other parties weren't acting inappropriately, but they didn't force her to do what she's charged with doing.

She is unstable. The first requirement of an astronaut is mental stability.

She got fired and fired is what needed to be done, if she was not fired then fired would not have been an option, but the firing process was necessary to remove the guttersnipe.
