i always have a lot of things running through my head, a lot of different things.. and then i always always feel confused, and i just don't know how to deal with some things. i get annoyed & lash out at everyone a lot, especially my family. I also have repeated mood swings.. i will get upset even at the littlest things, and then a little while later, i'll be really good. i also feel depressed & i don't enjoy a lot of things anymore. i just don't know, what could this mean? is there anything wrong with me?

That happens to me sometimes. It actually happened once that I was laughing really hard at a joke that was said and then all of a sudden out of the laughs I started weeping. It was weird. But it happens sometimes.
It usually comes along when I've just been through a sort of turbulent part of life and I'm just trying to deal with it and manage it, this can sometimes also come to me a while after the event has occurred, but it usually dissipates afterwards. I just tend to try and be as happy as possible and to manage my problems and think about what's troubling me directly instead of just being pissed, or upset about it. That usually helps. Actually I'm going through this right now. Also, something that might help is to try and never be alone cos that's when the thoughts creep into your head and mess things up.
It doesn't necessarily mean that you're mental.

Its not a big deal. You should carefully plan out what do you want to do. Fix an aim for yourself and then go to get it with full concentration and without wondering here and there with your mind. Keep yourself busy with practical things. Sort out where you are irrational with your behavior and remind yourself that it is harmful for you and struggle mentally and physically to avoid it. You can overcome this problem with a little struggle.

Sounds like there could be. Maybe you should see a doctor to see if there is something physically wrong before it really gets out of hand. Is there something else going on in your life that could be triggering these episodes? If there is then that needs to be looked at and treated.

It means you need some medical help. My brain never slows down either but I take medicine to stop my anger because of it. Also as I have become older I'm learning not to worry as much, about things I can't change. AND I can't change others at all.

ok on a more serious note not you probably have a chemical imbalance in your brain, theres medicine for these things but personaly I would not take depression pills and just learn how to deal with it. or you might have ADD,
just remember and close your eyes and mind when you get mad, that this isint who you want to be, that YOU have controll over it

Sounds like some kind of psychological disorder. Have you seen a therapist or psychiatrist?

I think you realize you are Bipolar. You will need lithium, along with counseling to control this disorder.
