No, ovulation is when your ovaries release an egg. Once you are pregnant, your body releases a hormone that stops your ovaries from releasing anymore, as it knows that one has already implanted.

I don't think so. The possibility of an egg (nine or more in fact if you consider the time of gestation) being fertilized while one is implanted in the womb would make carrying a fetus to term virtually impossible. One or two eggs are released monthly. If two get fertilized you get fraternal twins. However, the womb is only so big and only has so much stretching potential. If several eggs were fertilized and implanted after the first one, labor of the first to be implanted would destroy the lesser developed ones and/or deprive the first from normal growth. The placenta supplies nutrients from the woman to the developing fetus too. I think one would be so depleted of nutrition if several eggs were fertilized and implanted that health would be seriously compromised and a pregnancy would never be sustained. We do have instances where up to six eggs are implanted for infertility and multiple births do occur, but this is extremely high risk. I don't believe this happens without human intervention techniques (implantation.)
So I'm going to say no. I believe a shift in hormonal levels to sustain the womb in pregnancy temporarily stops release of eggs in the ovaries. Makes sense doesn't it?
God is some kind of wonderful isn't he? When you stop to ponder how our bodies are made and operate you have to agree with the psalm verse, "I will praise thee for I am fearfully and wonderfully made!"

Usually no. Ovulation is the process of releasing an egg each monthly cycle. If you are already pregnant, your body will not ovulate again until several weeks (sometimes months) after birth.
There are always exceptions though and some women do ovulate once or twice after impregnation.

No. Hormonal changes when you are pregnant stop ovulation. If you are having a period you are not pregnant.
