You are mistaking boils for pimples. Pimples appear on the face only. Neither oil or too much of cleaning is not the reason for those boils. They are due to excessive heat of your body. Take a lot of cucumber salads, butter milk and tender coconut juices. Apply coconut or Gingily oil - all over the body and allow it to for time and then bath with some good soap nut powder. This will reduce your internal heat. Moreover you can also try colon-irrigation treatment.

Make sure you are washing immediately after your workouts and try one of the ance body washes (only once a day, though). I don't really like ivory. It drys my skin out. I'd try the Dial Moisturizing brand. My hus uses it and has noticed he has less pimples on his back now. Don't give up. Keep trying different soaps until you find the one that works for you. How are you storing your soap? If it is in one of those boxes in your gym back, I'd switch to a liquid for the gym. Those "travel" boxes for soap don't allow the water to drain and are the perfect place to breed bateria. Good luck and best wishes.

Do NOT use antibacterial soap anyplace expect on your hands. That stuff kills the beneficial skin flora, and then fungus can move in and have a population explosion on your skin! Ivory is fine unless you are allergic to it; you might try another brand, but NOT anti-bacterial!!
You could try changing brands of laundry detergent and giving each load an extra rinse or even two, as detergent residue is very irritating. And NEVER use fabric softener (not even dryer sheets), as that cuts down on the ability of the clothing to wick perspiration away from your body. And if you don't overdry your clothes, you don't need to "soften" them. They will be soft anyway. Try to use as few laundry chemicals as possible. Some "Free" brand of detergent without dyes or scents might help. Make sure there are no enzymes in the laundry detergent -- those are very irritating.
But definitely skip the fabric softener and the anti-bacterial soap -- those two things cause more skin trouble than everything else combined!

When you work out you produce more testosterone. Testosterone causes pimples. Get some acne cleaning pads. Like the oxyclean sacilic acid pads from the grocery store. If you clean the affected area with these pads often then you wont break out anymore. Just be consistent. Even after a shower you can use them and you'll be surprised how much dirt still shows up on the pads. Also you can eat a lot of melons.

Washing with soap twice a day is like removing you skin oil too often leading to kind of dry skin. Then if you are getting pimple son your back, then you need to se a Doc. if it was on chest, then it was different, may be you a form of acne. Your drying skin could also cause some infection of the hair pores, called as foliculitis, which may need antibiotics. Check it out with you Doc.

I hate ivory soap! You need an antibacterial soap like Dial or my favorite lever 2000! If you use antibacterial you are less likely to get pimples. Plus there are acne body washes if the soap does not help!

hey.. ur skin might be reacting to the soap if ur using it twice a day. suggest u use it after ur gymming cause that would be when u sweat more. in the morning just wash dont soap. it could be infection too. loss of water could also result in pimples thats my experience. if ur spending time between sweating and bathing, try cleaning up as soon as possible cause drying the sweat on the body could be clogging up ur pores. if u have a lot of hair, it could be holding up the sweat so u would want to remove it if ur sweating so much

You could be having a reaction to your soap, your laundry detergent or even air conditioning. Try a sensitive skin soap, cut back on the laundry detergent or softener, and use a wash cloth instead of a loofa - that could be irritating your skin. Sometimes people just get body acne from time to time. It's a possible reaction to stress or fatigue, as well. Good luck!
