really? like the one that indicates that it's over 50 years old and that it's a historical landmark???

yes, it does.**

it does have a marker but not as a historical site. it was constructed during the latter part of the 1970's and would not count as an old monument and the arch is not that impressive.**

Yes there's a marker near the arc, I saw it when I passed by over but no idea what does it say.

yes it has a marker on it, it saying welcome to the chinatown area, but i dont think it has a historical marker on it, it just stating chinese-pinoy community and you're welcome to stay.
