Yup, that noise called silence from the Yankee fans. Isn't it deafening??? hehe..guess they lost again. OMG! OMG! OMG! 9 games back. See how quickly things turn around?? Feeling kind of silly today after all your posts last week?? : )See you all when you go on your next hot streak that means nothing.

Hey Sox fans, there is nothnig "cocky" in my post. Just the opposite. Matter fact, I told the Yankee fans to not jinx themselves, because as Sox fans, we know how it goes. Just calling out those fans who only come around when they win.. My posts very rarely have cocky tone to them. Last weeks posts were just a little too much from the Yankee fans for all of us fans to have to read.

Same old story as it was at the halfway point. The Yankees dug the hole too deep and the fielding is terrible along with a par pitching staff. The Yankees will get second in the AL East and finish 12 games back of the Red Sox. They won't get within 6 games back of Boston for the rest of the season. The best they can hope for is the wild card.

Listen, I love the Sox, but I'm not going to get cocky. We saw the winning streak they compiled, and came to 7 1/2 back, and boy oh boy, the just might do it again. Don't stoop to the level of some Yankee fans, because next time we're on a losing streak, they'll use it against us.

Let's not cocky, let's just pray to God (or whoever your god is) that the Yanks keep losing, and the Sox keep winning!

Yup, most Yankee fans are whining in their beers.
Its a joke, that a 200 Million $ team has a record like that. I love it because i'm a Met fan.

Love the sox but lets not debase ourselves and be like some Yankee fans and rub their noses in it, peace and chicken grease

You gotta love NY fans. They are loyal supporters no matter what.

Unlike my local team, the Florida Marlins, who get no support until they are in the World Series. And even then, you got dummies saying "The Marlins are in the World Series? Imagine that..."

I'm like OMG... idiot.

Oh, you're right. For a time there I thought it was the steroids gnawing away in the bodies of baseball players. Silly me.
