You are going through some depressing times. Not sure exactly why but you are. Maybe someone around you is very sad or maybe you are feeling loss. Crying is healthy because you are expressing your emotions. Think about your relationships and try to make a connection between why this is happening. I suggest that you get some kind of help with a counselor who can then point you in the right direction. Perhaps you are depressed and could use some kind of therapy or even some medication for depression.

I experience this during a great relationship, when my career took off and other times when everthing is going well. Did you have a struggle or rough past before everything in your life was good? I think that certain people fear that the good times will end, and with worry we cry over the simpliest things.
Just this weekend, I cried because my fiance was like 30 minutes late for our weekend date. I have no idea why, but I constantly think our great relationship will be over and I have no reason to.
Just try to relax and breath slowly. That usually calms me down and try any of the following:
1) light a few scented candles
2) take a bath
3) exercise (this may sound stupid, but it works)
4) if all else fails...clean lol
Good luck

Women are just like that. That's why they cry during chick flicks. It is not always a bad thing. But when you have the urge to cry and you are alone, break out Mr. Pickle. That probably is a better emotion than crying.

It's not your fault. Emotions are just chemicals secreted by glands. They are the bodies method of controlling the brain. Sometimes common viruses can do that, just like a computer. That's why they use the term "virus". The best you can do is learn as much as you can about them. What glands do they come from? What parts of the brain do they affect? This is empowerment.

This is a sign that you are a sensitive person, and enlightened person facing a cold cruel world. Nothing wrong with you.
There are also times when hormones make you more emotional. There are drugs that can help control this, but best to use your own internal power to reassure yourself of your ability to cope with life's little injustices.

It is probably hormones. Do you have your period? Many women go through the same things sometimes. It will pass- i promise. Anyway, crying is a good release. Dont look at it like it is such a bad thing.
Hope you feel better soon!
